Brussels, 2 February 2023 – Vendis Capital and Trail Capital announce the sale of Mazarine, the international entertainment, creation and innovation group dedicated to luxury, fashion and culture, to a consortium of investors.

Since 1993, Mazarine has built a multi-business model organised into three verticals: events, brand content and technological innovation. Today, the group brings together 500 talents spread between France, Asia, the United States where Mazarine has been present since 2017.

The group is now bringing in as equity partners, LBO France, FG Bros and another private equity lifestyle fund to continue its development and perpetuate its independence.

These investors will take the succession of TRAIL and Vendis Capital, who have successfully supported Mazarine in its international expansion in recent years, particularly in Asia-Pacific and New York. TRAIL and Vendis are delighted to have accompanied Paul-Emmanuel Reiffers and his team in its change of scale and its transformation from a national company into a major international player in its market, recognised for its operational excellence.
