Smile Invest is a growth capital fund of €350m that invests in innovative growth companies headquartered in Western Europe, with a focus on the Benelux.

Some key highlights of Smile Invest:

- Entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. Smile Invest brings together a broad coalition of about 40 renowned entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial families and seasoned executives as investors. We can leverage on their experience and network to support ‘hidden champions’ in their growth ambitions.

- We invest in innovative growth companies with a strong focus on 3 investment themes: digitalisation, sustainability and healthcare & well-being.

- Open-ended evergreen structure. The fund focuses on long-term success and has significant flexibility to structure deals that match the specific situation of the transaction at hand. We focus on sustainable value creation and are able to do majority as well as minority investments. Funds can be used to facilitate growth and/or provide (partial) liquidity to existing shareholders.

- Equity investments of €5-50m in companies with a proven business model and minimum €10m revenues.
