SmartFin is a technology private equity fund founded in 2014. We target European growth technology companies, headquartered in Europe, that display the potential for significant value creation. Our investments range from 2 million euro to 25 million euro over the lifetime of the portfolio company, and are always minority stakes.

We provide replacement and expansion capital to European companies in technology with exposure to a wide range of industries disrupted by technology. We are a strong value-added partner to our portfolio companies given the successful track record, expertise and complementary experience within our team. We support our companies to become successful international leaders by accelerating the scaling and monetization of their growth.
