LRM offers venture capital, private equity and subordinated loans to companies which establish, expand or acquire business activities in the Province of Limburg – Belgium. As a second product line LRM also participates in innovative real estate development projects in the Province of Limburg – Belgium (lease or rental of industrial or commercial buildings and / or utilities).
