Invale is a family owned investment company, founded with the aim to support Belgian, non-listed companies by providing both growth and replacement capital. With a focus on Belgian SME’s, we ensure business continuity & growth and contribute to the development of the local economy and employment.

We invest in companies with a proven business model and solid track record that are strongly positioned within their market and offer attractive growth perspectives. Start-ups and turnaround companies are not part of our investment scope. Invale targets companies in multiple sectors, with a specific interest in food and agri. We believe in ‘boring is beautiful’ and are also open to invest in more traditional sectors and manufacturing companies. It is our preference to take majority stakes. Minority participations of sufficient size to take an active role or teaming up with like-minded co-investors are possible as well.
