Creafund

Creafund is an evergreen holding that invests sustainably with a long-term perspective and has more than 20 years' experience in this respect as co-entrepreneur and shareholder of various Belgian and international SMEs. It focuses on growth financing of mature companies (in terms of management, commercial organisation, finance, etc.) that offer an innovative and high-quality product and/or are active in a sector with consolidation and/or growth opportunities thanks to horizontal or vertical integration. Since 2001, Creafund has already supported more than 30 companies in this way.

Creafund has a committed and discrete shareholder base that is continuously looking for investment opportunities in market leaders. Creafund currently has EUR 350 million in assets under management across 12 portfolio companies and cash ready to put to work. Creafund's team would invest both its own capital (through a co-investment plan) and that of its shareholders (entrepreneurial Flemish families), demonstrating Creafund's alignment and commitment to mobilise its network, experience, equity and common sense.
