Argos Wityu is an independent European Private Equity firm with offices in Brussels, Paris, Milan, Geneva, Frankfurt, and Luxembourg, wholly owned and operated by its 7 Partners. Since the start in 1989, the group has realised more than 75 transactions on mid-sized companies (revenues of €20m to €500m). Argos takes majority equity stakes ranging from €10m to €100m.

Argos Wityu prefers to invest in companies with the capacity to become leaders in a particular business niche and is known for its focus on unconventional / complex deals (such as MBIs, spin-offs, carve-outs), as well as off-market transactions, favouring business transformation and growth before leverage. Its entrepreneurial approach is characterized by a strong partnership with the management which supports them in their mission to realize their strategic projects.

The group currently manages €1bn in funds of which €520m€ from its last Fund.
