New BVA members introducing themselves

BVA Essay Award ceremony: the 2022 BVA Essay Award Winner, Tom Vos, PhD Economic analysis of corporate law at KU Leuven and visiting professor at Antwerp University, will present his PhD thesis on “Shareholder protection in share issuances: a comparative law and economics approach”.

He will put his conclusions in the context of private equity transactions.
