The Hague, 22 May 2024 – BCS HR Software, a renowned software specialist in Human Resource Management, and Payroll software, announces the successful acquisition of CVWarehouse, a leading Belgian software company. This strategic move marks the second acquisition in Belgium after epowerhr was acquired late last year. In addition, the combination with CVWarehouse is already the seventh acquisition since the strategic partnership with Main Capital Partners in April 2022.
With more than 45 years of experience, BCS is a reliable player in the HR and payroll software sector for both large and small companies. BCS offers a comprehensive HR and Payroll solution covering everything from absenteeism and payroll to flexible benefits and employee management, with a focus on employee well-being.
Founded in 2006 and based in Antwerp, CVWarehouse is known for its Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This system significantly improves the recruitment process for organizations, allowing recruiters to publish job postings on multiple platforms with a single click and to track and manage job postings and candidates in an intuitive way. CVWarehouse has an international customer base with customers such as Cardoen, Van Marcke, Kinepolis, Brussels Airlines, Lineas and La Lorraine, as well as many organizations in the healthcare sector, such as hospital network ZNA, UZ Antwerpen, AZ Herentals and Emmaus.
Complementary product offering
CVWarehouse offers a complementary solution to BCS’ product portfolio, with functionalities such as candidate screening, job posting, talent pool creation, hiring analysis and tracking of the entire hiring process. BCS currently focuses on HR and payroll solutions used for the client’s existing workforce. The addition of CVWarehouse’s ATS solution further expands the product offering with an important component through the complete HR process.
