Capricorn Venture Partners NV and Quest Management NV announce that they merged on February 16, 2012. Effective immediately Capricorn Venture Partners absorbs all activities and personnel of Quest Management. The merged company will ensure the continuity in management of Quest for Growth, public Privak and will be managed by a management committee chaired by Dr Jos B. Peeters.

Jos B. Peeters comments on the merger: “After a year of very intense preparation our application to be recognized as a licensed investment manager by the Belgian FSMA is sufficiently advanced to announce the merger between Capricorn Venture Partners and Quest Management. As a result of the merger we not only have a team of 10 investment managers with a cumulative experience in venture capital in excess of 100 years but we can also rely on the knowledge and experience of the quoted securities manager. We manage or advise 4 funds with combined assets under management of about € 250 million. In recent years Capricorn Venture Partners invested significantly in the legal, regulatory and administrative structure of the organization. We have an outstanding international reputation as a venture capital firm en we are perfectly placed to address all challenges posed by existing and upcoming regulatory requirements.”
