The Belgian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association, in short BVA, was founded in 1986. The BVA is the professional association which includes the Belgian private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) community.

The BVA includes 40 investment funds as full member as well as 46 associate members which are service providers to the VC/PE industry. The BVA also has partnerships with Febelfin, VOKA and UWE.
