Vendis Capital is a Brussels-based private equity fund focused on small to mid-size branded consumer companies in Europe, with the Benelux and France as its core countries. The fund provides development as well as buyout capital. Vendis Capital is the successor-fund of Mitiska, the investment company, which was listed on the Euronext stock exchange until May 2009. The new fund was raised in October 2009 and made so far three investments in respectively ZEB (Retail/fashion/Belgium), Eyes and More (Retail/Optical chain/Netherlands and Germany), and Pranarôm (Consumer goods/ Aromatherapy /France & Belgium). The team currently consists of 7 investment professionals.
