Tiberghien is a leading Belgian tax law firm, focusing on tax and estate planning in a Belgian, European and/or international context. With 54 tax lawyers, it is the largest tax practice within the Belgian bar.
The firm was founded over 50 years ago by Albert Tiberghien (‡), who for decades was one of the leading Belgian business lawyers and was highly regarded for his groundbreaking tax work. The “Tiberghien Manual”, published annually, is still one of the reference texts in tax matters.
